What you get

Valuation evidence, not claim handling

We establish and document the loss in value. You handle the claim and the client relationship. That separation keeps the appraisal independent — and keeps its evidentiary weight intact.

01

Documented methodology

Pre-loss valuation, post-repair market analysis, and comparables — with the reasoning laid out so the figure is supported by analysis, not just asserted.

02

Desk appraisal workflow

Built from repair documentation, photos, and vehicle records you provide. Efficient for volume and doesn’t require scheduling around your client.

03

Supplemental analysis

When additional valuation information or methodology is received after the original appraisal, a supplemental analysis can review that material and address whether it affects the opinion of value.

Why Georgia widens your qualifying files

First-party and third-party.

In State Farm v. Mabry, the Georgia Supreme Court confirmed that diminished value may be recoverable under first-party physical-damage coverage even when a vehicle has been properly repaired — an obligation that exists independently of any third-party liability claim.

For your caseload, that means DV isn’t limited to the not-at-fault client. It can be recoverable on your client’s own policy in at-fault, single-vehicle, and uninsured/underinsured-motorist matters that firms routinely leave on the table — expanding which of your files carry a recoverable property-damage component.

“The obstacle is almost never the law — it’s proving the number.”

Georgia’s framework is favorable. What supports a claim is credible, independent documentation of the loss in value. That’s the piece we supply, so your file carries a substantiated, documented figure rather than an assertion.
