Position Overview: The Estimator will primarily be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate costs across the product lines. The Estimator should be comfortable with running projects with very limited support from management. They will need to be well organized, self motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities: Complete the initial base house and option estimates. Make adjustments to estimates based on feedback from the field. Review the blue prints and request changes and/or clarifications as needed. Implementing new options for the divisions as requested. Create parts and load pricing for new projects. Collaborate with Field Coordinators on ways to value engineer our product. Review and process bids as needed in a timely manner. Work with other team members as needed to meet specific goals.
